Silence at last

So about a week ago my computer's system fan died. Thankfully the BIOS is set to suspend the system if the CPU temperture gets too hot so nothing catastrophic happened. I got a temporary fan from a co-worker who warned me that it was a bit loud. Well he was right, it was a jet engine. I immediately went online and bought a "silent" fan. The good news is that it came in today and it really is silent. Its even quieter than the original fan.

Also, given the whole post last night about lillies, I figured I should mention that as I walked down the ramp from my office to the parking lot I walked right past a lilac bush. I LOVE the smell of lilacs. Its how I truly know that spring has arrived.
