SPAM has hit a new low

Ok, I think spammer's are really trolling the bottom of the barrel for methods. I have now been spammed in my blog. WTF! Some spammer has actually posted a "comment" to my blog that is a spam. They didn't even manage to do it right. They posted the spam to an entry from October. *sigh* I guess this is what you can come to expect of the wonderful world of the web.

Here is the link to the comments page that the spam is listed on. I have left it up so that people can see it. The link is *removed*

Edit: 07-02-2004 - I have deleted the link because I've gotten so much damn spam its not even slightly amusing anymore. grrr....

Do we see a pattern here?

So, I got a lot of great gifts from the family this year but I noticed something a bit odd...

Mom - GameCube, Secret of Nimh DVD, Martini GlassesDad - Money, Bartenders' Guide A-Z, 6 pc. Bar Set, Hamilton Beach DrinkMaster (for making milkshakes and frappes - not to be confused with your standard blender)Grammy - Money, 12 bottle Wine Rack Sister - Bottle of Wine, 6 bottle Wine TreeAunt - Money, Wine Glasses, Bottle of WineAunt - Framed Picture of my baby cousin, 3pc Wine stopper setBrother - Rubber Band shooting gunUncle - Gift Certificate

Either my family knows I'm a wine snob or they think I'm an alcoholic... I'll assume they think I am a wine snob.

Well I had a great holiday and now I will be having my New Year's Party. Can't wait to ring in the new year.

A Study: Continued

So I finished up the interviews with the Harvard girl. She turned out to be really great and I'll be going in to Harvard to see her present her final paper. This should be fun. I can't wait to read her paper. I think I'll find her viewpoint of things interesting, being a straight, female, non-greek, women's studies major.

I'll be sure to post my opinions of her paper after next Tuesday.

Life is good

Life is good these days. I don't know whether it was happenstance or just a funk I was in or what but apparently I was fairly anti-social for a few months. At least thats what some of my friends think since a few of them were worried something was wrong and asked me what it was. Its nice to know I have friends that notice things and care, especially since I didn't think I was all that different than normal, but it was enough for them to notice.
I think I'm getting back to being a bit more social and whatnot.

Also good news is that the building that my father's friend is buying to turn into condos is now under agreement so my chances are much better of this being the real thing. I'm so looking forward to having my own place. Its going to be beautiful.

Not much more to say today.
