The Morning Run

Well, it seems that running at 8 PM for 3 miles makes your legs a little too sore to do it again 9 hours later at 5 AM. I only hit 1.5 miles today. I could have pushed it a bit but didn't want to hurt myself. I'd rather do 1.5 miles for a few days and then get back to 3 miles on a regular basis than hit 3 miles two days in a row and be unable to walk or run for a week.

I'm probably going to hit the eliptical machine tomorrow instead of the treadmill, that way I can still get the miles in but I won't have any impact on my legs.

I'm also happy since I've bumped up the weights on my workout on the machines. My bench press is up as are my pulldowns. One step at a time, right?
